All equipment is E tagged in line with regulations. Dolls has its own E tag machine with a fully qualified staff member to constantly check equipment.
All staff are interviewed before they begin with Dolls and references are carefully checked.
All staff have current police checks and where appropriate Working With Childrens Checks.
Dolls has Panel Status with the Dept of Education therby allowing it to clean schools and child minding facilities.
Many of the staff have Cert. 3 in Assett Maintenance. A number have management qualifications.
Management have teaching and health education qualifications and these skills are used to run staff training sessions and best practice activities on a regular basis.
A number of staff have first aid qualifications.
All staff are instructed on correct procedures if there is an incident at work. Dolls cleaning have an Occupation. Health and safety committee.
