Dolls Cleaning has over 80 staff . Many have been cleaners with Dolls for over 10 years. All staff are trained to provide the high standard of cleaning and professionalism that Dolls cleaning are well known for. All staff must provide a satisfactory police check and for certain jobs e g schools, – a satisfactory Working With Childrens Check.
Training is a continual process at Dolls cleaning. Many of the staff have Cert 3 in Assett Maintenance, with a number having done management courses. Dolls also has specialist carpet and window cleaners.
The organization is capably run by a management team. Whilst each in the management team focuses on some aspects of thebusiness, weekly meetings ensure that each member of the administration team has a comprehensive knowledge of the business and understands each clients needs.
Staff attend compulsory training mornings where Occ. Health and safety issues are revised amongst other relevant topics.
The community
Dolls Cleaning supports many local charities and fund raising ventures. On many occasions Dolls has donated vouchers to local organizations and /or provided cleaning services at no cost. Management from Dolls Cleaning are involved in a number of fund raising events and values seriously participation in the community.
